Ledgemont seeks to make select investments in businesses across diverse industry sectors, providing equity, debt and hybrid financing with an emphasis on interim and special situation opportunities. Our depth and diversity of investment experience, with over 50 completed transactions as principal investors, allows Ledgemont to source, structure and support investment opportunities. We create significant value in our portfolio companies through concentration on business development and often gain Board representation to assist in affecting agreed strategies. Our investment approach is grounded in through due diligence, operational expertise and the fundamental analyses of underlying businesses. Our principal investments are generally made through special purpose vehicles (SPVs).

Ledgemont teams with Executives-in-Residence to identify attractive investment opportunities. We partner with leading private equity firms, hedge funds and family offices to provide companies with financing aimed at increasing growth. Ledgemont partners with Executives-in-Residence and strategic advisors to assist in its due-diligence.
